The IACP Foundation invites you to become involved in the future of compounding pharmacy by applying for a volunteer position in one or more committees!



The IACP Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 educational foundation and is the only foundation established to benefit pharmacy compounding. The IACP Foundation serves as the charitable extension of IACP with a mission to fund research and educational initiatives to advance the art and science of pharmacy compounding.

We’ve been busy! We just got back from hosting four students at the joint ACA/IACP/ACVP Educational Conference in beautiful San Diego, CA held February 24-27, 2016 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

Tracy Acosta, Adam Ehalt, Christina Ly and Steven Rush are four passionate pharmacy students the IACP Foundation was proud to spend time with.

Fall 2015 Student Essay Writing Competition Winner

Essay Theme: "How is the Drug Quality & Security Act Affecting the Future of Compounding?"

The IACP Foundation created its Student Writing Competition to recognize outstanding original papers by pharmacy students on a particular topic affecting pharmacy compounding. The winner of the 2015 writing competition received $500 cash. All pharmacy students are encouraged to compete.

Student Pharmacist Travel Grant for the 2016 Educational Conference

The American College of Apothecaries (ACA), International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and American College of Veterinary Pharmacists (ACVP) Foundations awarded four (4) pharmacy students a travel grant to attend the 2016 Educational Conference, February 24-27, 2016, in San Diego, CA.
