IACP Signs onto PDUFA Letter

IACP along with several other pharmacy organizations provided FDA with comments on the reauthorization of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) for fiscal years (FY) 2018 through 2022. Please click here to read the letter.


IACP Submits Comments to FDA on Category 3 Bulk Drugs

IACP submitted comments last week to FDA's public docket“Bulk Drug Substances That Can Be Used to Compound Drug Products in Accordance With Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).”Comments regard a petition to remove certain items from Category 3 of FDA’s “Bulks List” which are not bulk drug products.
