Provide a brief bio of your career.
I grew up in a family of independent pharmacists, which sparked an interest in the career. During college I interned at Fallon Wellness Pharmacy. After graduating from ACPHS in 2008, I worked at Fireside Pharmacy in Palm Springs, Calif. In October 2009, I was hired as Supervising Pharmacist at Fallon Wellness Pharmacy. In this role I have developed a love for quality improvement, regulatory analysis, and the unique kinship I have found with compounding colleagues.
Please provide a statement of why you want to serve.
It would be my pleasure to serve the compounding community as a member of the Board. I hope to work with board members to protect, promote and advance compounding by developing strategies that strike a balance between patient safety and patient access to compounded medications. Daily, I review state and federal legislation with a critical eye and communicate with colleagues about the potential impact on our practice and patients. Thank you for your consideration!
