To help you prepare for the meeting, please review and download any speaker presentations and speaker bios for your use onsite. All attendees will receive a flash drive onsite loaded with speaker presentations and speaker bios to keep; however, printed handouts/presentations will not be provided onsite.

Plan to stay with us for Hill Day and

request Congressional Appointments!  


If you have not already indicated you would like IACP to schedule your congressional appointments for Hill Day, please do so immediately! Join us on Tuesday, May 20 for Hill Day!  Start your day off at the State Breakfast. Enjoy a good hearty breakfast, sit with your state delegation, and prepare to head to the Hill in your lab coat. IACP welcomes the Honorable Tom Marino, U.S. House of Representatives (R, PA-10) as the speaker at the State Breakfast.   

Appointments may take place at any time throughout the day on Tuesday, May 20. Considering appointments are not confirmed until sometimes the day of, please plan your flights accordingly to allow for appointments throughout the day. Once again this year, IACP will work with Soapbox Consulting, LLC, a D.C.-based company specializing in grassroots advocacy. Appointments and scheduling will be coordinated by Soapbox Consulting, LLC. If you have scheduled any appointments directly, please email registrar@iacprx.org. Be prepared before you arrive to Washington, D.C. Click here to view the Washington Metrorail System Map. You may step directly outside the Crystal Gateway Marriott and enter the Metrorail system. Using the blue line indicated on the map, the Metrorail will take you directly to Capitol Hill in approximately 25 minutes.
