SESSION HIGHLIGHT: The Marketing Track Promoting Your Compounding Pharmacy returns to CCH on Monday, May 19.

The 20th Annual Compounders on Capitol Hill (CCH) will be held May 17-20, 2014 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. With an expected 400 total attendees in 2014, CCH brings together the top-level compounding pharmacists and technicians from across the country with the same goal – to protect pharmacy compounding. Don't miss the only pharmacy compounding event that takes our issues directly to Washington, D.C.'s doorstep.

Designed to increase your pharmacy's revenue potential, Daniel Faintuch, MBA, Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy will present Lean Startup for Compounding Pharmacies: A Proven Methodology for Pursuing Growth from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19. The Lean Startup Methodology provides a framework for companies pursing growth to do so in a structured manner that is more likely to succeed than through traditional methods. Attendees will learn the logic behind the framework and the steps needed to implement. Additionally, they will be presented with examples as to how other pharmacies are growing their revenues as a result of the adoption of this methodology.

At the conclusion of this educational session, the pharmacist and technician attendee will be able to:

  • Discuss the development stages on how to implement a Lean Startup Methodology.
  • Identify three key components to increase your business growth.
  • Review sample applications of Lean Startup at compounding pharmacies.
Presented By: Daniel Faintuch, MBA, Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy
Program Type: Knowledge-Based

The IACP 2014 Compounders on Capitol Hill has been approved for 14.5 contact hours (1.45 CEUs) and attendees may acquire up to 11.5 contact hours (1.15 CEUs) of continuing education credit. Hear from Daniel Faintuch and many other experts in pharmacy compounding at Compounders on Capitol Hill.
