Member Alert: Senate Releases Revised Draft of S. 959
Revisions to the S. 959 Draft Pharmacy Compounding Bill were released last night. Although the newly revised draft includes changes that IACP was successful in influencing, the draft as it currently stands is still unworkable, and would negatively impact patients' access and pharmacists' ability to provide pharmacy compounds.
