**Spouse/Guests will not receive continuing education credit.  If continuing education credit is needed, a separate full attendee registration must be completed.

***Verification of Student status must accompany registration (e.g. current copy of student identification card). Includes a free IACP Student Membership.

****Hill Day Only registration fee includes tuition, Continuing Education fees, syllabus flash drive, breakfast, Hill Staff appointments, and access to the Capitol Hill Debriefing and Closing Celebration.

NEW THIS YEAR

All pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are now required to obtain a NABP e-Profile ID in order to receive credit for any ACPE-accredited CPE session. The new electronic system, CPE Monitor, will now track completed CPE credits for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. To obtain your NABP e-Profile, visit www.nabp.net. If you do not wish to receive CE and do not need a NABP e-Profile ID number, please enter N/A and proceed with registration.

 ****COMP-PAC Dinner donations must come from a personal account; federal rules prohibit business contributions.  

Registration fees include tuition, Continuing Education fees, syllabus flash drive, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and access to the Welcome to CCH Networking Night and Capitol Hill Debriefing and Closing Celebration. Registrants and guests will need to pay an additional fee to attend the Rx Mixer and the COMP-PAC Dinner. 

A $100 administrative fee will be retained if you cancel your registration for any reason. In order to receive a refund of the balance, written notice must be received by Monday, May 21, 2012. No refunds will be made after this date.

Online registration will close Monday, May 21, 2012. After this date, attendees must register on-site and pay on-site registration fees as listed above.
