Public Hearing Today: House Judiciary Committee Hearing on PBMs and Potential Anti-Trust Issues

This afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee is having a hearing on PBMs and their behavior in the marketplace as it pertains to restricting pharmacy participation. Specifically, the Committee will be examining whether or not PBMs are engaged in anti-competitive activities.
