Welcome to the online home of Patients and Professionals for Customized Care (P2C2). P2C2 is bringing together people who know first-hand that compounded medicines are a critical part of modern, individualized health care and gives them the necessary tools to win the fight to keep their access to personalized medication solutions.

IACP created the Patients and Professionals for Customized Care (P2C2) advocacy group, which now encompasses more than 164,000 patients and practitioners who have registered to be part of this effort!  IACP is working to increase this support base to 200,000 members in 2012  to make our voices even stronger!  P2C2 brings together people who know first-hand that compounded medicines are a critical part of modern, individualized health care and provides them the necessary tools to ensure that access to personalized medication solutions remains possible. 

As part of the free P2C2 membership, participants receive Custom Care Times, an electronic newsletter which is distributed bi-monthly and covers a number of patient-centric topics and featured profiles on Hospice, Autism and most recently how compounders are assisting Hospitals during the medication drug shortage.
