David G. Miller, RPh, works with our volunteer Board and leadership to set and execute the IACP agenda. Whether working on legislation on Capitol Hill, acting as compounding pharmacy’s liaison to other pharmacy and medical organizations, or defending against overzealous government regulation, his primary responsibility is always keeping the professional and proprietary business interests of IACP members first and foremost.
His philosophy is “what’s the right thing to do for our patients?” As a pharmacist, he knows that preserving the traditional art and science of customized medication solutions is essential for good health outcomes. As the CEO for IACP, he knows that creating programs and services for IACP members which help them better serve their community will result in stronger practices.

Email Cynthia Blankenship
Cynthia E. Blankenship, Esq., is the primary contact for Congress, federal and state regulatory agencies and other interests concerning IACP policies and activities associated with its advocacy efforts. Additionally, Ms. Blankenship manages the Political Action Committee (COMP-PAC) for IACP and directly oversees compliance with the Federal Election Commission related federal election laws. Ms. Blankenship works with IACP governance committees and other internal groups to develop a comprehensive strategy and approach to address the legislative and regulatory issues and concerns to compounding pharmacists; and, continually strives to increase the involvement and awareness of IACP and its members in these areas. Ms. Blankenship also is IACP’s point of contact with outside organizations and affiliations on matters of policy affecting compounding pharmacists and their practices.

Dagmar oversees efforts to implement marketing strategic planning, developing and executing both internal and external communication programs that support brand positioning and the strategic goals of the organization established by the Board of Directors and IACP membership. Dagmar plays an integral role in helping to develop and manage integrated communications and marketing programs for a variety of member programs, products and services that will drive the next phases of growth for IACP.

Ashlyn assists with the coordination of both Compounders on Capitol Hill and the Educational Conference as well as the IACP Corporate Partner program.

Scot is the publisher of IACP’s two publications Compounding Matters Quarterly and Pharmacy Marketing Quarterly and host of our new IACPodcast. He coordinates with other IACP Communications staff to promote the visibility of IACP and the IACP Foundation.
As a former pharmacy owner and subject matter expert on marketing and communication, Scot is committed to helping IACP Members grow their business and be informed about the key issues that affect compounding pharmacists and the industry in general.

Jennifer is responsible for IACP membership with goals to increase all levels of membership while maintaining retention with existing members. She coordinates with other IACP Events & Education and Communications & Publications staff to promote the visibility of IACP and the IACP Foundation.
Jennifer interfaces with and provides support services to the IACP Foundation Board of Directors. She works with the Research Program Committee to coordinate and facilitate research initiatives and monitors grants. Jennifer also works with the Education Committee on student programs including student essays and IACP Foundation Care Internships while being the liaison with the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. In addition, she is responsible for development and oversight of IACP Foundation fundraising which includes events like the RxMixer, solicitations for fund development while identifying and cultivating short-term and long-term giving initiatives with key stakeholders.
As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Jennifer understands that a commitment to quality and life-long learning is integral to the success of today’s compounders. She also learned through her years of sales and service that networking and building relationships is a key building block of growth.

Macy Pruitt oversees both IACP’s Regional Education Meetings and IACP AdvanCE’s live and self-paced online programming. She maintains all IACP Member Continuing Education credit with IACP’s accredited provider, ACPE.
